Microsoft Project add-in
Turn a Microsoft Project plan into reviewed Outlook meeting invitations.
Review-first by design — nothing is sent automatically. You approve every invitation.
Free download, free to try in full for 7 days. After that only invitation creation needs a license — everything else stays free. Windows 10/11, Microsoft Project desktop required.
How it works
Six steps from plan to reviewed invitations
- 1Open your project plan in Microsoft Project and click the Relay tab.
- 2Relay reads the assigned resources' email addresses and each task's date.
- 3Check Emails tells you up front if anyone assigned is missing an email address.
- 4Preview shows exactly who would be invited and who is skipped, and why — creating nothing.
- 5Create builds one Outlook meeting invitation per eligible task and opens each as a draft.
- 6You review and send from Outlook. Relay never sends anything itself.
Features
Built for planners who check before they send
Safeguards you can point to in a review
Relay never sends email on your behalf. Invitations open as normal Outlook drafts for you to review, edit, and send yourself. Recipients are re-validated the moment invitations are created, a per-run limit guards against accidental mass sends, and summary rows, completed tasks and past-dated tasks are skipped automatically.
