The seven assessments
Connected, not isolated
Each module reuses your prior answers so you never repeat yourself.
Baseline Assessment
Document the full scope of your contract environment: volumes, storage locations, workflows, technology capability, and organizational readiness. This is the foundation for everything else.
Data Fitness
Evaluate the consistency and completeness of the data that describes your contracts: IDs, dates, financial terms, counterparty information, compliance tags, and obligations.
Governance Foundation
Assess the structural governance layer: decision rights, ownership models, template and clause standards, governance committee operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Technology Evaluation
Evaluate how well your current technology supports the full contract lifecycle. Profile your agreement portfolio. Then determine which platform direction fits your organization.
Configuration Readiness
Define the target metadata model for the platform you will configure: contract types and templates, the fields each type captures, controlled value lists, where each field's data comes from, and your counterparty and organizational reference data, so the build starts from a clear blueprint.
Migration Readiness
Inventory your contracts across every repository, check document condition and data quality, and assess document machine-readability (searchable text versus image-only scans), so the eventual data move is predictable rather than risky.
Change Management
Assess your organization's readiness to adopt a new platform: stakeholder analysis, communications strategy, training framework, adoption planning, AI readiness, and post-go-live governance.
How It Works
Profile and organization context are required first: your responses are shared across all assessments and are used to gate access to the assessment tabs, targeting the questions to your needs. Complete the Baseline assessment first; it provides contract data that pre-populates other assessments (for example, Technology Evaluation's Agreement Type Concentration). The remaining assessments can then be done in any order, and they produce your overall verdict. Use the toolbar buttons at the top to save your progress, resume later, or share your results.
