Refunds and cancellation
Try it first.
TrailBlazer Relay is free to use in full for 7 days before you pay anything. Please use the trial to confirm it works with your setup — in particular that you have Microsoft Project desktop and classic Outlook, signed in.
30-day refund.
If Relay isn't right for you, email info@trailblazer.us.com within 30 days of any payment — your first one or a renewal — and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription. No form and no questions.
Cancel any time.
Manage your subscription from the customer portal linked in your purchase email. Cancelling stops the next yearly charge; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again.
After cancelling.
Relay does not stop working — it returns to its free mode. Preview, Check Emails, the assigned-people email editor, the Read Me and all your settings keep working. Only invitation creation is switched off.
Site licenses.
Exactly the same terms.
